三浦翔平の31回目の誕生日である6月3日。2人は、夫婦になって初めてとなるバースデーデートを楽しんでいた。

　都内の高級イタリアンレストランで食事を楽しんだ2人。桐谷は背中が大胆に開いたデザインの白いタイトなワンピース姿。合わせたジル・サンダーのバッグも白で
爽やかにトータルコーディネート。周囲を気にする様子も見せず、手をしっかりつなぐ様子はラブラブそのものだった。

　2017年末に交際が発覚した桐谷と三浦。結婚前は、都内の高級マンションの向かいの部屋同士に住み、互いの部屋を行き来しながら、愛を育んでいたという。

　そして、2018年7月にゴールイン。同年12月16日にはハワイで結婚式を挙げ、さらに同23日には都内のホテルで披露宴を行った。
