米当局、ナイキを調査 多様性推進で「白人差別の疑い」

米雇用機会均等委員会は4日、スポーツ用品大手ナイキが、少数派にも配慮する「多様性、公平性、包括性（DEI）」に取り組む上で白人従業員を差別した疑いがあるとして、同社を調査していると明らかにした。

まぁ最近企業、政府、教育に至るまで、アファーマティブアクションが行き過ぎていると感じることが多いお。
投資家目線でも、こういった調査がどうなるか気になる。
DEI疲れで業績低迷の影響も出ているし、今後他の企業に波及する可能性も高い。
